I have created a PO with 100 qty and partially received it with 50qty and after receiving i invoice only 30qty of it. Now in product receipt i am not able to cancel this receipt. Is it possible in AX to cancel receiving that is also partially invoiced?

You cannot simply cancel 20 pcs if 50 pcs items have been received in the warehouse.
I would recommend that you clarify first with your warehouse workers whether they really received the 50 pcs or only 30 pcs.
If you received 50 pcs then you should clarify with the vendor whether he will send you another invoice for the remaining 20 pcs or whether you get them for free.
Please don't simply adjust the invoice in this case, as it might mess up your valuation.

After tested, for the 20 QTY we also cannot to cancel it

Yes i want to cancel 20 QTY of product receipts not the invoiced one.
In my case it is not showing cancel button from where i can cancel that 20 qty which is not invoiced.

Could you mind let us know which part product receipt you want to cancel?
if you want to cancel the 30 QTY that you already post to invoiced, we cannot cancel these.
but if you want to cancel the 20 QTY product receipts, it's ok.
