We are using 32-bit version of Office, My Email address and Password it didn't work and clicked on Advance it's asking for Login ID

What would login ID be?

We are using GP Dynamics 2016 on RD Web not on Local computer

    Hi Nihad,

Glad you solved your e-mailing issues.. Unfortunately this is a limitation of GP that doesn't store anywhere the user's credentials for the Exchange login.. It couldn't as those are Windows-based and may change anytime. Somehow Microsoft decided to not store the Windows Exchange credentials past the current GP session.. it's gone once you logoff from GP and have to re-enter it after each new logon.

    Hi Nihad,

As Mariano emphasized it, you need to make sure once the e-mail Profile is configured on the TS server side that GP is setup to use MAPI and not Exchange : Administration >> Setup >> System >> System Preferences

This of course only works if you have a MAPI compliant client setup (i.e. Outlook) that can send out e-mails.

If you don't have Office installed on the server, then you'll have no other choice than using Exchange, at which point you'll need to provide proper credentials to logon to the Exchange account.

Please note that only Office 32-bits works in MAPI mode on the TS server with GP (Dynamics GP being a 32-bits apps only).

See this article for more details : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4052892/e-mail-error-in-microsoft-dynamics-gp-either-there-is-no-default-mail

    Hi Mariano,

I have logged in to my Email on the server, I'm basically using my Email address and password on the exchange Log on but it keep rejects it
