Customer payments on CustAccountStatementExt

i want to show the customer payments on the CustAccountStatementExt too. Cause as it is now, I can only see the invoice and creditnotes in the report. As you can see in the image, the customer have got an invoice, and this invoice in being paid by the customer. We can see it in the result. Cause its 0, but in the report details we see nothing about the payment.

I believe the standard report is already showing customer payments.

despite if you want to play with query/data source of the report, you can go to createBaseCustTransQuery(method) of CustAccountStatementExtController(class)

Thanks Sohaib,

We use a custom CustAccountStatementExt, and therefore we dont have it. And Im not so familiar with reports. But do you know the name of the field to show the customer payments, so I will add it to the report.

it's not about field name.

it is about all customer transactions are saved in CustTrans and that is source of report. you can include or exclude any transaction type from the table, using method I already motioned.

kindly consult your technical team for any customization, as they would be able to understand what we are saying

Hi Mahyar,

If you're using the standard External customer account statement report, you might want to look at the 'Only open' tick box on the report's dialogue box. Often, customer payments are settled to invoices, and this means they arenot open. Therefore, if 'Only open' is ticked, they will not appear.

you can take backup of your objects/projects and you can delete customized objects

or

you can use compare tool to know differences

Note: kindly involve your technical team to do so, if you are not sure about customized objects related to report
