Unable to enter currency exchange rates

I have created a new currency pair - USD to CAD. When I try to add a currency exchange rate I get the following error message:

"Unable to write data to entity.msdyn_currencyexchangerates.Unable to lookup msdyn_currencyexchangeratepairs with value {9caf6ce1-24fc-ea11-a813-000d3a20f116, 1c738ff2-1efc-ea11-a813-000d3a20f116, 12738ff2-1efc-ea11-a813-000d3a20f116}.

Hi,

Please check if you format is correct while entering rates.

Try afresh.

Hi Karen Goodwin,

Do you have API integration with currency rates providers in your system? Can you please share the screen print of your currrency exchange rate screen (USD to CAD) Pair.

Did you check by creating different pair USD to AED? Are you getting the same msg.
