OK, guys, thankfully Microsoft has extended the existing licensing for another year, however, I need to build for the future licensing requirements for a nonprofit and I can't make heads or tails of it. According to the IT dept., we buy directly from Microsoft, so we have no partner to explain to us the intricacies of the new model.
We give free or very low cost trainings to social workers and other professionals. We have been doing this mostly with physical trainings (venues donated the physical space to us), but now, obviously, everything is moving online. We have been floating this program for a while now, but with the current circumstances, we have to at least have the attendees cover the cost of the CEUs. We also have to drastically change how we do things to optimize for technology to take over the burden.
So, we need to have everyone in CRM (I'm assuming that will be Sales going forward?), ideally have a portal where they can update their own information, including email addresses, agency where they work. Have the online course portal be able to feed stuff to the CRM. I'd love to use the Dynamics Marketing platform to send up new course announcements.
We already have over 3000 contacts doing things piecemeal.
Where can I go to get a definitive answer of what this would cost us (a 501c3 nonprofit) moving forward if we were to build this out in Dynamics?
Thanks,
Katherine
