ESS(Enterprise Portal)-Workflow

Hi All,

I have a workflow defined for customized module of Appraisal

The end user uses ESS to submit the Appraisal request.

When the user re-calls the workflow the status of the performance management list page shows as cancelled instead of draft

I searched the forum and some says where the workflow is defined -the change request should be ticked in basic properties.

Some say modify the code

Can someone help me as how to achieve this functionality

Is there a different forum on ESS as the ESS questions dont get much answers,

    Hi NDingankar22,

    In fact, your question is about the workflows in AX 2012. So you are on the correct forum. If you have created a workflow using the workflow wizard, it created several classes. One of the classes provided an interface for handling recalls or also rejections. On the method for the recall, you have to review the coding. I'm not sure which exact classes and methods were created and how you did change these. Try to find the correct method. If you have doubts, you can verify it on this forum by including the code used for one or a few method(s).

    Do I understand you correctly that a customized workflow has been build?

    Where exactly is the issue with that workflow?

    Some screenprints might and additional comments might help.

    Hi , I have made changes in the classes and the in the method  "Cancel"-the status was made drafted instead of cancelled. Hence the issue is solved
