Hi,
I have a prospect who is a conglomerate of different types of business. they have around 50 HR managers, each responsible for a business. They need different email templates, different branding for each business type and HR's to have visibility over the attract data of their own entity alone. However, their ask is that HR directors, BU heads need data visibility over different legal entities and recruiters need to be able to share applicant data across legal entities. This question is w.r.t to attract and onboard alone. Thank you in advance for your advice.
Regards,
Steffi
HI Steffi,
I have to reformulate my previous suggestion:
1. Technically, we can create multiple environments in PowerApps and bring the Attract Entities in them. I did it today and I was able to access the entities which can be found in Attract. However, I could not go in Attract.talent.dynamics.com and access those environments.
2. From a deployment perspective, we are allowed to create only 2 environments - 1 Production and 1 Sandbox, in the same tenant
3. I got the confirmation today from the Microsoft product team that we can only have these 2 env in the same tenant.
So, apologies for misleading you. for the moment I don't see other solution.
best regards,
Nicu

Hi,
Please can you elaborate a little bit. What do you mean by different Attract installations using power apps?
Regards,
Steffi
hello,
it can't be done with the current settings - each legal entity will have their own Attract installation (which can be done if you know Power Apps).
then, with a model driven app or with PowerBI you can aggregate the date from different environments.
regards,
Nicu
