I have a requirement to send the email to the user on the confirmation of the purchase order. How can I achieve it ?

Hi Muhammad Bilal,

You can configure print management settings which will send a mail with the PO confirmation report as an attachment. Please check this link on how you can set this up.

Hi Mihammad,

Can you explain if you only need to send a notification or also the purchase order confirmation document itself?

With only a notification, you can check if the requester is available in the data entity for purchase order headers or if you can link to the original purchase requisition. If so, you can use Business events and Power Automate to achieve the requirement.

If this is not available within the data entities, you can consider extending the data entities or another customization.
