normally prepared the server installed os and update windows perfectly first time installation successfully done that time we prepared new database if i want to prepare another branch database on same server first we uninstall and then install again that time only we faced this issues how to resolve it

It is a bit hard to understand what you want, but if you are having trouble with the installation, try to remove everything via Program files, then clean up the Windows Registry entries for anything that are leftovers.
If you are still having trouble after that, just reinstall the Virtual Machine / Physical box and do it from a clean state.
