Purchase Order Modification history

Is there a way where we can check as to who and when changes were made in a PO prior to confirmation.   Is there a feature within AX that shows this feature – sort of a footprint just like SAP?

    You can set up the database log. (system administration -> setup -> database log)

    With this you can set up AX to monitor all changes to purchorders. However I recommend you test this because there can be a performance hit. You should allso consider if the data is really usefull. Do you want to monitor the header of the purchorder or the purchorder lines? The latter wil probably generate a lot of transactions.

    You can view a records history by right- clicking and selecting record info. Then database log. You can allso print out a report.

    in Dynamics AX table you will find fields like ModifiedBy and ModifiedDateTime

    these are system field and needs to be enabled for table

    Please verify if it is enabled for your tables in requirement

    If there is functionality, but you must enable audit tables, to see the detail you want, you must enable transaction-level, remember that enabling this will consume resources audit

    Hola, si tienes activado los parámetros de auditoría en Ax, podras revisar quien y que cambió, debes activarlo a nivel transaccional, pero ten en cuenta que esta activación consume mucho recursos
