Sync to Teams button missing in command bar

Trying to use Streaming Teams Meetings from D365 Events - only snag I've hit is the automated updating of Event Registration status post Event.

Looking at MS documentation, I should just be able to press Sync to Teams in the command bar to pull attendance through to the Event Registrations. However that's completely missing in the command bar when I'm ready to sync the attendance data.

Does anyone have ideas or anything I'm missing?

    Hi Kirsty Woolven,

Are you the teams meeting owner?
Perhaps you are the owner of the event record,

but the Teams meeting owner is by default the user who created the live event or meeting in Dynamics 365 Marketing.

You can also use ribbon workbench to query the display conditions of this button.
