Sales Quotation and Sales Order Attachment restriction

Hi Experts,

I already check in this forum if there is the same question as mine and I did not see anything.

Ok, let's get into the details.

What I want to achieve are

Once Sales Quotation is CONFIRM Status the user can not add or delete any attachments
Once Sales Order is APPROVED Status the user can not add or delete any attachments

How to can I do this? I am looking for the best approach that might help us in coding.
