Hi,

I have create column layout that include Current Period, Current Period Budget, Over (Current Period-Current Period Budget), %, Last YTD (Last Year to Date), YTD (Year to Date), YTD vs. Last YTD,....etc; however, while the YTD formula is retrieving the correct data, the Last YTD is only pulling the first month of last year's data. The formula should be the same as YTD except adding -1 in front of FY[1..CP]. Please advise if I might of accidentally filter something out that is limiting the Last YTD to be calculated. Thank you!

  • RE: Account Schedule (Column Layout)

    Hi Visha,

Thank you for the update. I think that's what's causing the issue. I put Comparison Period Formula instead of Comparison Date Formula. Thank you!

    RE: Account Schedule (Column Layout)

    Hi Sandy,

What is the value in Date Filter at Acc. Schedule Overview?  Ideally it should work.

If nothing is working, try with putting -1Y in "Comparison Date Formula" Field at Column Layout and see the results.
