Own cloud hosted Dev vm to learn D365 integrations with PowerPlatform, LogicApps etc?

Hi, as the title suggests, I want to have my own D365 F&O cloud hosted environment that I can use to practice various things like Power apps, Logic apps, Integration scenarios etc on my own. Can any one let me know what are my available options.
I came across the 30day-trail environments which gets automatically deleted afterwards and heard that they don't offer the full functionality. But I am looking at long term options where I can use all the functionalities. There are some tech talks channels in youtube where they demo the application, I see that they have their own lcs page and environment hosted in them, does that mean they have lcs subscriptions, if yes, can anyone throw light on how much they costs and any blogs that explain all these.

As of today, you need to have to an LCS project to deploy a D365FO CHE. And to do that, you are either a Microsoft partner or a customer.

From LCS, you can then add your Azure subscription to deploy CHE VMs and even deploy PP environment.
