    Hi,

This would defintely require analysis from technical team.

Do you have any customization on this list page or form which is getting displayed using some logic?

May be reach out to technical consultant in your team to idetnifiy what is causing delay

    Hey,

I guess you have custom code somewhere? One reason could be that when you open it there is information from other tables. If the query that pulls the data is not optimized or the DB in general is not optimized it can lead to very slow queries, ie. opening the form.

Even without custom code its hard to determine where this is coming from as the amount of data is different from each company.

Although, its not a quick solution, however, still the quickest would be to debug this and check which part of the query takes the most.

    Kind regards, Adis

    Hi,

If the Released products form in AX 2012 takes several minutes to open, it’s likely due to performance or capacity issues. Common causes include:

Too many records loading without filters — try opening with filters (Ctrl+G).

Heavy display methods or joins on the form — these can slow performance, especially on large datasets.

SQL performance/capacity — check for missing indexes or high table size (e.g., InventTable, EcoResProduct).

AOS or SQL server load — system capacity (CPU/memory) might be strained during peak usage.

Customizations — review any custom logic in form init() or data sources.

You may also want to run a SQL Profiler trace or use Trace Parser to pinpoint the exact delay.

    Warm Regards,

    Zain
