Dialogues in the 9.1 on-prem

Hi all,

We are in the middle of the process of moving our 8.2 on-prem to the 9.1 on-prem.

I know, that Dialogues are deprecated (but still exist). In the online we have power apps and model-driving apps, but what about on-prem? What is the alternative for the dialogues in the on-prem systems?

Hi Michael,

Yes, Dialogs are deprecated, Suggested replacement options include Business Process Flows or Canvas Apps.

Based on the following documentation, you can use Business Process Flows in the on-prem systems:

Hello Michael,

Technically dialogs are still there (even in the online version) and you can open dialogs using JavaScript and keep using those as is.
