Advanced find to locate contacts with just 1 opportunity

Hi,

Is it possible to use Advanced Find to locate contacts who just have 1 Opportunity attached?

I am testing out some anonymization software here and I need to pinpoint contacts who have only 1 Opportunity with a certain status attached to the contact so that I can anonymize them. Obviously if they have several Opportunities attached, the other opportunites may have different statuses and would not require anonymization.

Hi,

I use fetchXml Builder available on XrmToolBox to replay your scenario, this is my query:

I count "In Progress" contact's opportunity.

I copy/past the result to excel with "Copy with headers" ticked. Then, I used a filter:

Hi, you could create a roll up field on the Account or Contact that rolls up everytime an opportunity is created that match your criteria, then you will be able to query that in advanced find.
