When using either Dataverse of Dynamics CRM as a data source and transferring data to either an Azure Database or an On Premises Database, we can't get a speed over 800 KB/s. The main problem seems to be read speeds for the Dynamics connection.
As a test we tried doing a data transfer from Azure DB to an On Premises DB and were able to get about 17 MB/s (not ideal but better).
Here's a screenshot of what that run looks like (this was created by the Copy Data Tool, but we have similar performance when manually creating it as well).

The total data size was round 5 GB I believe, the screenshot just represents a few minutes in, me getting proof in frustration.
