Printing Popup

Good Afternoon,

Running Dynamics NAV 2013

When printing a report (a pick in this instance) we get a printing popup window that just has a cancel button.  Unfortunately, if a user hits enter, or clicks on that without reading, they cancel the document being sent to the printer.  Navision still sees it as printed, but obviously it does not.

I'd like to remove this popup window from showing at all.  I've already tried going through windows and disabling the printer notifications there (on print server / nav server / client computer).

Is there somewhere in Navision that I can disable this?

    How much time this Popup remains?

    I do not see any otpion to stop this window as it is standard OS message.

    However you can see, if the report has been already printed or not (available for few of the standard NAV reports and can be easily customized if needed for other screens / reports).

    This way, one can see if any of the Picking List is yet to be printed or not.

    Thanks for the reply!  It comes up for a couple of seconds, just enough time for them to click cancel / hit enter and stop the print job.  

    Our pick list will show as printing (as far as Navi is concerned the print process has finished and the report has been sent to the printer)  but sinc they clicked cancel, it doesn't print.

    I've disabled printer notifications everywhere I can find them, but these still pop up.  Other programs are not giving me print notifications, just navision.

    I'll keep looking and see if I can find any other clues to hide / disable this popup.

    You can open that particular report in design mode.

    Go to last blank line > Properties (Shift + F4) > ShowPrintStatus = No...

    This would solve your issue.
