Select Dimension Value Code For the Dimension Code CUSTS

Im trying to post sales order , then i got the error "Select Dimension Value Code For the Dimension Code CUSTS"  

im new using  NAV , so i need some guide line what should i check

    You can solve this by yourself if you really know like what exactly this Drop Shipment do and where you need to put up the Dimensions.

    You are a newbie and you started directly from Drop Shipment. :)

    Samer. Put the Dimension value on the Item and make the Value Posting to "Same Code".This way it is shared with both Sales Order and Purchase Order. Bear in mind that NAV retains cache. You may need to restart the instance to relieve the cache.

    Many thanks for the great help , the issue is solved but when i create Sales order and Use the Drop Shipment option and try to Post and Invoice the sales order i got the same issue even i check the Dimension in the sales order line i found it selected

    On the Other hand same item when i create Sales order or purchase order without Drop shipment i dont face the issue any more

    Hi,

    This means someone has set the dimension a madetory for psoting. What you can do is go to the document you want to post and click Ctrl+Shift + D.

    This will open a dimension window and you can select the Dimension for the Custs.
