May I ask how can I insert comments in service /sales quotes in Navision 2018?

Please try with comments button on the Home tab, and same way in Sales Quote. this image belongs with NAV 2016
On line level you can also add lines with the blank line type.
You also have the option of using extended text if it is the same comment you want to repeat.
Hi, of cource, this is standard feature.
Or just use Note feature
