A/B Testing - Full content test

Hi there,

I have a question on A/B Testing feature of Email Marketing. When I create new Full content test on this Email, I can only change the Subject, From Name field, but I can't change the content between 2 version. When I try to change the content on Version A, content on Version B is changed according to Version A and vice versa. And when I try to Go Live the Email, the warning comes up as below:

Warning message: "MessageContentValidator_PartCode_Mixed (A/B Test 'Full content test 1'): Your message body is identical for each variant of your A/B test."

Due to the warning message, the content part is the same between 2 version

So is this a bug of the body part test in A/B Testing?

    Hi Bao,

    Your test versions have not been in effect.

    You need to click A/B button which is highlighted in the above screenshot so that the test will take effect and the Version A will turn into a light blue from blue.

    Then set the values for Version B.

    After setting these, the email can pass the error check with no warning message.
