Send a Survey to a Lead

Standard out of the box Dynamics Sales process dictates you create a lead record initially and only once qualified is an Account/Contact/Opportunity created.

The 'Send Survey' button on the Lead form requires an Account/Contact is selected to send the Survey to. However, the Contact wouldn't have been created at this point. 

Has anyone encountered this issue?
