For the first time i entered different test instanceurl and username and password it was working later on when i tried to change and Live instance url i am getting this error msg even for the Test URL and Live URL can any body help me.

Please check if there is any validation logic or any code is executing for that field.

if possible delete the record from table and recreate again from page.

can you try after restarting the service? make sure that no one is using the servicetier.
