    Hi Sachin,

You should create security privileges for the form as well. You might need to create a menu extension as well (depending on where the form should be visible for users.

You can follow the link Akhilesh provided for the basics. You can also check a few existing forms and check their references to get an idea.

    Hi Sachin,

Did you add a new menu? In that case, did you add the reference of the new menu to an extension of Main menu?

    Hi Sachin,

You can do a find references on the display menu item "CustGroup" as an example. You should be able to find two privileges - CustGroupMaintain and CustGroupView. If you go into these security privileges, you should be able to see that one has the menu item as an entry point with access level "Delete" and the other one has "Read". The first one is for users who can create, update and delete records in the form while the other is for users who can just view the form.

You should create two security privilege objects in similar way.

    Hi Sachin

To show your form in Frontend. You should create an extension of a standard menu OR you should add your menu by creating an extension of main menu.

did you follow the creation of menu extension creation mentioned in the link? If not please do that try once with accounts receivable module.

Add your new menu under the accounts receivable extension then you can see your form under that module.

    Hi Sachin,

You have to create an extension of Main menu. You can check Menu extensions \ MainMenu.FleetManagement as an example.

Hello Akhilesh, I have tried both way. Adding form to an  standard menu item and add extension  ,creating a new menu item  and referencing it to display menu item. i followed the step exactly but still neither form is showing nor newly created menu item or sub item in existing menu item.

As per Gunjan suggestion i tried find references on the display menu item but it says "Search found no results". Can you advice what wrong could be here.
