Hello!
Has anyone used GotoWebinar as webinar provider? And is it supported in D365 Marketing? I am having issues setting it up and I getting an error message during authentication.
Below is how I setup the credentials. I got the Base URL from their Developer Center website (https://goto-developer.logmeininc.com/content/gotowebinar-api-reference-v2).
Also got the credentials from GotoWebinar developer center.
Afterwards, when I create a webinar configuration record and press the Check button, I get the credentials aren't valid message.
Pressing the Authenticate button, would show up this error:
I came across the Microsoft's documentation on their Webinar API Extension reference, but the document is too technical for me to understand. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/developer/extend-event-management#webinar-extension-api-reference)
Any help, that could help me investigate and troubleshoot would be much appreciated. Thank you!
Could you please explain more about ON24 instigation with Dynamics 365 for Marketing
[quote user="ShravanSuri"]Hi Risa,
The Event Management application in Dynamics 365 for Marketing doesn't support GoToWebinars out of the box. At this time, only ON24 is the webinar provider supported out of box. Better support for more webinar providers is on our roadmap.
However, I see that you have found the documentation for the possible extension of the webinar functionality. This method does involve the requirement of some technical knowledge since you'll be required to create a service that works with our webinar API (documented here - go.microsoft.com/fwlink).
If you have any questions about the API itself, or you engage the services of developers (and they have any questions), I'll be happy to answer them - please reach out to me at shravan.suri@microsoft.com

Could you please help on below open questions regarding ON24 integration with D365 Marketing.
1. How to Instigate with Dynamics 365 Marketing with ON24 ?
2. Pre and Post Configuration steps on webinar configuration with ON24?
3. Advantages and limitations ON24 instigation with Dynamics 365 for Marketing?
4. Price details ON24?
If any blogs and links for this Event management Webinar topics.
Thanks,
M Muragaiah.
Well a trial is something. I got the impression in my discussions with ON24 that unless you were a Fortune 500 company they probably didn't want to talk to you.
ON24 is offering 30days trail account now. I have successfully configured the webinar configuration using ON24 trail but I want to know about the limitations and cost of the ON24 account.
There is a docs.microsoft.com article on ON24.
The challenge is that ON24 will not offer a trial or give out any pricing. I had a customer that wanted the ability to use the webinar functionality in Marketing andON24 is the only option at the moment. The customer wanted confirmation that a. it worked and b. how much it would cost.
Without a trial or pricing I couldn't answer either question. The customer therefore chose to go with ClickDimensions
Hi Risa,
I don't believe you can connect GoToMeeting with Dynamics 365 as of today. I spoke to GoToMeeting about this and they suggest I build a connector using their api. I suggested they do it but it is not currently on their roadmap.
Looking forward to Teams integrations!

I have also tried to connect GoToMeeting and not achieved it, and GoToMeeting say they will not support it.
I have spent hours trying to get a cost from ON24 for using their solution in Dynamics 365 for Marketing and they refuse to give a price. I cannot understand how they expect to sell their product if they will not give a price?!
