    Hi Priya,

Is this entity present in a customized solution? If yes and It's managed properties are set to "False" then you cannot edit it. Please see below screenshot

    Hi partner,

The title does not match the body. Could you modify it?

Also, could you provide screenshots when modifying the customization of the entity? Are there any error messages?

Not sure which entity and forms you are talking about , ideally if you have System Administrator role you would be able to do all kind of form customization. Yes you can not see the Audit History entity by going to customization and this is expected behavior.

Can you please clarify and also give some screenshot which access you are not able to access.

Hi Goutam, When I go to Settings > Auditing > Global Audit Settings , the section related to " Enable Auditing in the following areas" has got only one entity displayed i.e. Common entities and it says Security Role is disabled , User is enabled.

Later when I navigate to " Entity and Field Audit Settings"  , one the entity as per the customer related to a project do not have write access i.e. In the forms of that entity if I click on the created form as per customer request in the PowerApps window could not click the ' Navigate '  button to add a tab in the form (for example I want to add the field Audit History in the form) . This Navigate button is disabled including Form Properties and Change properties.

You need to double click on the section where related items are showing , and then in right hand side you can add related entities like audit history you can find. I am not sure which audit history field you are talking about?

Thank you for this!  So helpful!  We could not figure out why Audit History wasn't showing up on Accounts but was on Cases.  Really helpful!
