How to get list the licenses used by AX users - AX 2012

Hi All,

How we get the information about licenses used by the AX users in AX 2012,

We need the information like if 10 users are there , who is using which license i,e, enterprise license or functional license (Named user license reports helps in this).

If the user is not using some features so we can remove the security role from the user account , does it remove any license from user account.

Please advise us.

You can also use the Security Development Tool to find more details, such as which entry points accessible by a user requires Enterprise license.

Which license is needed is indeed driven by which features a user has access to, therefore removing some of them may result in different license requirements.
