The lookup enhancement is not working for me. I have followed all of the documentation regarding enabling relevance search and everything in this thread (https://community.dynamics.com/365/marketing/f/dynamics-365-for-marketing-forum/381518/use-a-country-lookup-on-a-marketing-form/1019774#1019774). When the form loads, the field is populated with [object Object] as shown below. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks

The page that you linked talks about how to include the right JS file to use the API, but for some reason doesn't link to an API reference. Maybe I just haven't had enough coffee yet or something, but it seems like it should be VERY EASY to find the reference, and yet it's not clear to me where to find that.

please open you marketing form page and search for this tag in its source HTML code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://mktdplp102cdn.azureedge.net/public/latest/js/loader.js?v=1.59.1039.0" id="ms_form_loader_script_08"></script>
then replace src with *.

While Geron's
is https://mktdplp102cdn.azureedge.net/public/latest/js/loader.js?v=1.59.1039.0
Try to do replacement to test whether it could work.

You might be using old script, as we have switched to new scripts for newest features.
Make sure that your references to form-loader.js or loader.js script look like
mktdplp102cdn.azureedge.net/.../form-loader.js
or
mktdplp102cdn.azureedge.net/.../loader.js respectively.

Did you also use single text field to represent lookup field entity records?
Do all options in drop-down list display in [Object Object]?
Apart from this, form loader will create a list element above lookup input field, you can find it with browser inspector(F12) and see retrieved records in the list.
Please check text in option value attribute of your marketing form.
