    Hello Ace,

    I see.

Can you double check your sales orders ending 144 and 149 and double check that exactly the same items have been included and that all of those items have an active cost price?

Can you see when (date) when the cost price was setup?

Have you tried running and inventory recalculation to see if this brings the missing cost price and transaction in?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ludwig,

appreciate your help, are you referring to Item>Manage cost> Prices > Price.

if yes, there is currently setup.

    thanks,

    Ace

    Hello Manabat,

Can you please check in the released product form whether the items included in your sales order have a cost price setup?

If a COGS posting is missing (sales order consumption) then this is usually caused by a missing cost price setup.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ludwig,

    - Are all of the items stocked items? YES

    - Do they have a cost transaction recorded before the sales invoice was posted? Are you referring to the highlighted portion in my screenshot below? I noticed that the sales order consumption is not posted in the voucher when the "amount" has blank value.

    - What item model group do they have setup and how is this item model group configured? FIFO.

    Hello Manabat,

To me the issue seems related to the inventory costs.

Can you share details how you setup your items used in the different sales orders?

    - Are all of the items stocked items?

    - Do they have a cost transaction recorded before the sales invoice was posted?

    - What item model group do they have setup and how is this item model group configured?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ludwig,

thank you for your response. yes, they have cost price setup and stocked item.

the first screenshot's SO is created after the second screenshot with issue.

Does it have to do with inventory cost?

    Hi Manabat,

Does the item that you sell in the second example/screenprint has a cost price setup and is this item a stocked item?

If this is not the case then you won't get sales order consumption and issue posting.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
