Power BI reports integration - deprecated?

Dear MS Dynamics professionals,

Could please somebody help me understanding the following. I want to implement some PowerBI reports into Customer Service Hub environment. As far as I understand and see from the videos posted 1-2 years ago, it was possible to connect to the data schema from Dataverse using a native integration, adjust the report, add measures, visualize a custom created table, and then embed this report to your MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

However, going through the documentation, I am getting confused if this feature has been deprecated in November, 2023. I am referring to this post here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/implement/configure-customer-service-analytics-dashboard):

Did I understand correctly that from that time on, the only possible way to integrate Power BI into MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service, is by adjusting pre-defined reports of Customer Service historical analytics?

Thank you in advance for all your guidance and replies.

Kind regards,
Tais
