Good day

How can I restrict users from seeing each other's perfomance on the sales perfomance dashboard in Sales Hub currently everyone can see each other's revenue and we don't want it to be like that. Please see the attached screenshot.

Restricting Users

Hi,

If the user's assigned security role allows access to all Opportunity records, then the user can see everyone's data.

Therefore, you can set security roles to restrict access to other users' opportunity data.

For example, you can set read access to opportunity records to the user level for the salesperson's security role.

This way, salespeople will only have access to their own lead records and will only see their own data on that dashboard.
