Hi everyone,

How can I add Letter activity to Timeline control on primise over contact or account entity,

I can't find any options to add it.

I don't want it for unified interface.

I'm using Dynamics 9.0.24.8 on-premises.
Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately this is not supported.

Workaround is to add ribbon button on the form.
