Posting profiles for sales returns and cancellations

Dear Genies

We need used sales returns function in my Cycle and review Microsoft Gide "Posting profiles for sales returns and cancellations" and i find bellow print-screen

and Go to Accounts receivable > Setup > Accounts receivable parameters. 2 In the left pane, click the Ledger and sales tax link. 3 On the General FastTab, select the Enable alternative account check box under Sales return and Sales cancelling.

I think need to activate License Configuration but i now any configuration please help me find it or any solution

    Hi Mohamed Abdallah,

    As far as I remember this feature is bound to the Brasilian configuration key and allows you posting sales returns on a separate ledger account.

    Is that what you want to achieve?

    Exactly we want to devote Returns Account ,But can you open that function in another country Example Egyptian ?

    Hi Mohamed Abdallah,

    In my opinion you have to options:

    (a) ask a developer for some help to make this Brasilian feature available for your country

    (b) make use of a workaround. How such a workaround can look like is described here: dynamicsax-fico.com/.../how-to-separate-sales-order-revenues-from-return-order-revenues
