Trial provisioning failing

I'm getting the following error when I try to start a trial with Dynamics 365 HR:

The server took too long to respond. Please contact your system administrator.

    You can start with a Dynamics 365 free trial using the link:

    dynamics.microsoft.com/.../

    If the issue persists, please raise a ticket with Microsoft then post the feedback.
