Terms and Conditions Column in Purchase Order

Dear Team,

While creating a new Purchase Order, there is no column for mentioning the terms and conditions and we are using standard report format in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. Kindly need procedure to create this in Standard reports.

Dear Ramji,

Which kind of terms and condition you want to add in PO. In default system there is payment terms and delivery terms. And it comes in default PO report. Please explain us bit more.

Hi Ramji,

In AP -> Setup -> Forms -> Form setup you can setup form notes for PO.

Text from form notes will be shown in the bottom of the report

Dear Prashant Kumar,

Once the Quotation is received from the Vendor, they will mention the Terms and Conditions in that. We create the vendor with these details in the System. Once we create the PO based on the quotation, we make a printout copy of that. In the Printout we did not see these terms and conditions.

Dear Ramji,

Here I will suggest you to have something in Po header as customize fields call terms and condition. And put those supplier terms and condition. And modify your PO report accordingly.

As ievgen Miroshnikov suggested to use form notes. You can also use but its very difficult to modify form notes every time. So I will suggest do minor customization in PO header and report.

Below customization we have done for one of our clients.

Also you can feed some generic terms and condition for all PO.

Dear Ramji,

This is developer task you need to add a fast tab in PO header and add text fields. And amend your exiting report. So I will suggest you can create a documentation and can give it to your developer if you are a functional guy.
