Real Time Marketing a user-created trigger cannot be added to a journey

Hi,
 
On of our user has created a trigger and when she wants to add the trigger to the journey, she can select the trigger, but the trigger 'disappears' after the selection
 
 
After choose 
Could someone advise what could be causing this?
