closing sales orders - AX2009

How can we close sales orders when they are consumed by the customer or when the sales order is not fully consumed (and no further invoices has to be created) ?

You can either reduce the quantity on the lines to what is updated or use the "Cancel" function in the sales order header to close out any lines that are not completed.
