i have come output as xml format adn i want to map it into ax data how its done?

Which Version of AX are you referring to , and are you using biz talk Server ?
if you are using Biztalk then you can use AIF to achieve your goal.in Biztalk you can map the schema on both sides .

Got it from the Post tag , you are using AX2012. you can Use Biztalk Server and Application Integration Framework - AIF to capture data from custom XML to AX .But you have to do mapping and developments as required.

first how i know the xml tags are in which table in ax

from your sample i've assume that you are trying to get in Sales Order data in to AX from another system right ?, to tell you full mapping i'll need full XML and filed descriptions of other system.

There are many different approaches depending on situation and we can't say which one you need if you don't give us more information.
I can think of DIXF, AIF, reading the file in X++ via XmlDocument, using a .NET deserializer and so on.
