Hi All

I hope someone can help me with this.

We have the CAMT 053 format in ER reporting designed to our needs. Now I need to change something.

So I did a new configuration based on the old. I changed the mapping of the one I wanted and activated the new configuration and added this to the bank statement import. But still it does not work. If I import the bank statement it stil uses the old configuration.

Als I there a way to test my configuration if I have an XML file, I couldn't find anything.

I tried several ways of testing my new configuration:

1. /Run/ of the versions: I get a weird error, which I don't know how to change. By the way I also get this error when I run the existing working configuration.

2. /Run/ the format mapping: I get several errors with the existing and the new configuration. The Log is empty

Hi,

Have you tried to set the status on Custom Camt053 to Completed?

Can you share error message that you get while importing Camt053 file?

Have you tried to test if the modification that you have made can be matched to it? You can try to import your test file from Camt053 format > Map format to model and then click on "Run":

If you get an error message either while import or via downloaded xml file, you can start troubleshoot.

If you don't get any error message, it means that the custom Camt053 format works fine and you need to check the data model mapping.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes it's set to completeI don't get an error when I import the file in the bank statement, it just doesn't reflect the changes.

If I do the Run in the model to datasource mapping form, I get 5 errors, but they habe nothing to do with my changes. This is weird as it's currentyl working, everything is being imported, just the one change I did is not reflected in the import.

I recently run into the same situation as yours, i changed the mapping for camt053, but i cannot see my change when i import a bank statement. how did you solve this problem? many thanks in advance.

@CU18120806-0 Unfortunatley I wasn't able to fix this issue. I've also opened a ticket with Microsoft, but they couldn't help

Hi Hanna,

Let's break down the scenarios for you to try out in this situation -

- Please try running the derived format that you created from ER workspace and confirm if the correct data is getting generated, if you are facing error, please post the error message here.

- If the data is not getting generate correctly, please try understanding to which specific model is this Format pointing to, and make changes accordingly, I would also suggest you try and debug if the data is getting generated correctly at both format and model mapping level.

- If the data is getting generated correctly as per point-1, then I would suggest you create a derived version of the Model, model mapping and format mapping and link all together and try running again, this should 95% solve your issue.

Update here if you are still facing issues with screenshots for me to help you better.
