Problème d'affichage lors de l'ouverture des cas dans Dynamics 365

Bonjour à tous,

Je rencontre actuellement un problème lors de l'ouverture des cas dans Dynamics 365. Lorsque j'essaie d'accéder à un cas spécifique, je reçois le message d'erreur suivant :

Ce problème semble être lié à une erreur JavaScript sur la page, mais je n'arrive pas à déterminer la cause exacte ni à trouver une solution.

Avez-vous déjà rencontré ce problème ou avez-vous des suggestions pour le résoudre ? Toute aide serait grandement appréciée.

    We are currently seeing this issue in the "Email" entity when trying to create a new email.
     
    We are only getting this issue when "New Look" is enabled. Have been seeing this issue for about a month now and the only way we know to fix it is to disable the "New Look".
     
    Can you please try and toggle the following and see if it starts working after you disable "New Look"
     
     
    If anyone else has seen this issue before and can resolve it whilst keeping "New Look" working please let us know. Seems there are issues intermittently with the "New Look" features which is potentially generating some random JS errors with specific forms. In our case it's the email entity.
