Dear All,

I want to synchronize all my to-dos in NAV to outlook and vice versa. When I test for connection in Outlook, it says "The connection to Microsoft Dynamics NAV has been established successfully". Then, I created a task in Outlook and it was replicated/synchronized in NAV but when I try to create task in NAV, it doesn't replicate/synchronize into my Outlook. Also, I tried creating a calendar meeting in Outlook and it doesn't replicate to NAV as well.

I am using Outlook 2013 and Dynamics NAV 2016-W1. Replies will be appreciated.

Install additional component as outlook.

reinstall the outlook component with nav setup.

also check windows event log.
