Hello
I am unable to see Guide Session Data while another user can see it properly, I have checked the permissions and we both share the same roles and permissions.
This is how PowerBI showing most of the guide telemetry data as Blank.
Any idea on what may be the problem?Thank you in advance.
Hi Pradeep, can you confirm that both accounts you checked were connected to the same instance? It sounds like you compared permissions already; the next thing to check whether one of the logins is hitting a different instance (e.g., a dev instance, or trial instance, etc.).
p.s. I will delete the other duplicate thread to ensure we can collaborate on a single thread.

Yes both of them hitting the same instance
@Dave can see, PowerBI is showing the total number of Guides, but users and sessions data is showing as blank,
