Shopping Cart (Like Amazon :) ) in BC for Internal Purchase Requisition

I received an interesting question today

Our team create "PO Requisition" in BC (it is an addon). But they want to see if it is possible that users go to a page (let say new page like Item List) and then click on items and add QTY (like they are shopping on online store such as Amazon) and those add to a "shopping cart" then that "shopping cart" at checkout create PO Request for buyer.

I could not find any ISV. Do you know any ISV that can handle this request? Or this will be customization?
