Runtime error '381' Invalid property array index

I am receiving this error message on a system running 2.0.1000. I understand there is a hotfix for the Cashiers, however I am getting this message in Store Operations POS & Store Operations Manager when trying to reprint a receipt or view a journal entry. Whenever a transaction is completed, a receipt does print without issue.

I have not yet tried to update to the hotifx as the system is part of an HQ deployment and would be a massive amount of effort to update every store.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen the same issue and setting a non-HP printer as the default printer can also work to eliminate the 381 error.

There ended up being an hp printer installed on the computer. Removing it seems to have resolved the issue.
