I am receiving this error message on a system running 2.0.1000. I understand there is a hotfix for the Cashiers, however I am getting this message in Store Operations POS & Store Operations Manager when trying to reprint a receipt or view a journal entry. Whenever a transaction is completed, a receipt does print without issue.
I have not yet tried to update to the hotifx as the system is part of an HQ deployment and would be a massive amount of effort to update every store.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
