Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions must be installed on SQL Server Reporting Services for reports to work

Hi,

I  would like to import my Organization during the upgrade from version 8.2 to 9.00034. I just Installed MS Dynamic CRM Server aplication and SQL Server Reporting services and CRM Dynamic Extensions on another database server.
Everything works OK.  Like Reporting Service URL and Reporting Service Reports URL on both servers.

But when I try import my organization or try to create new it is not possible.

I have this Check blocker

Error| Check SrsExtensionsValidator : Failure: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions must be installed on SQL Server Reporting Services for reports to work.

Both version are same CRM Server and CRM Extencions on db Server 9.00034

Many times I removed and changed the encryption keys in Reporting Services Manager, but that didn't help.

Reporting Services account is another than CRM Admin account and both have owner rights on Reporting and Organization databases and are members in this AD groups PrivReportingGroup, PrivUserGroup

What else can I try?

thanks

What do you see in the DMSnapin logs and also on the server Event Viewer files for the time this fails?  It might give us more information on where to look?

    Hi Efrain,

    thanks for your reply.

    In DMSnapin  is only this

    22:15:48|   Info| DoCreateCheck Started
    22:15:49|   Info| DoCreateCheck Ended
    22:15:49|   Info| Check CrmDatabaseFilesValidator: Success
22:15:49|   Info| Group Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
    22:15:49|   Info| Check ReportingUrlValidator: Success
22:15:49|   Info| UrlAccessValidator linking to help topic: go.microsoft.com/.../
    22:15:49|   Info| Check ExistingRSValidator: Success
22:15:49|  Error| Check SrsExtensionsValidator : Failure: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions must be installed on SQL Server Reporting Services for reports to work.
    22:15:49|Verbose| Validation ran.
    22:15:49|Verbose| Validation completed.

After about a day it started to work on its own. The only thing that comes to mind is automatic synchronization between AD controllers. But I am not an AD expert.
