Update SharePoint OOTB Error Message

Hi, 
 
We're wondering if it's possible to update this 'You don't have permissions to create folder in this location. Contact your Microsoft Teams owner or SharePoint administrator for access' error message.
We just want to change the text that's displayed to something like 'Please change Document Location.. etc'
