Remove required asterisk and label from marketing form

I'd like to use placeholder text rather than a label on my form. When I remove the label in Outbound, the fields seem to re-orient appropriately (no extra padding where the label spot is). In Real-time, removing the label leaves a space. Additionally, I'd like to require the fields but remove the asterisk (which adds unwanted to padding to Outbound if I make a field required but remove the label).

My questions:
  1. Does this require modifying the HTML directly, and if so
    1. Any concerns/considerations for doing so and
    2. Any tips on how to sort this out? Also interested in specifying the placeholder text color, and in an ideal world this would be behavior applied across the form rather than individual fields.
  2. Will this be significantly harder in Real-time vs Outbound? This is a new implementation purchased just before the cutoff date so we have access to both, but trying to build everything out in Real-time to avoid the hassle of separate products if possible.
Thanks for any tips or suggestions

Thanks, the blocks you outlined to modify in the HTML weren't quite right, but that was enough for me to figure out which ones did need to be adjusted and confirmed that it wouldn't create any issues with further modifying the forms.

    Hi,

Removing required asterisk and label from marketing form requires direct modification of HTML.
After the modification, the form still works properly.

    For the real-time marketing form.
Deleting tags leaves a space, which is due to CSS styling.
The method of deleting these spaces is as follows.

    Open the developer debugging tool.
Locate the text placeholder and its parent div tag.

Find their corresponding style names and go back to the form to find these styles to modify.

When the changes are complete, save the changes. Reopen the page with the following result.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
