I’ve synced sales order from FinOps to IOM using dual write as well as its provider and then I have added some rules on order creation while syncing it from FinOps with the help of Orchestration Flow. Now, when I’m checking the result of order orchestration flow in IOM on sales order. Unfortunately, I’m not able to see any result there and rules were not applied on that order.
I’ve also attached the steps which I’ve performed to make it happen.
I am facing similar issue. How did you resolve this?

Have you confirmed the order in FnO ? If not can you confirm the order in FnO and check in IOM if the order entered orchestration?

Thank you for your query. May I know if you are using an updated version of IOM?
Policy results as part of orchestration steps were included in our April release and would be good to know if thats what the starting point has been.
