I have a problem with this issue, I would like to help you, the main issue is that the amount of transaction currency is the amount of 2340.00, the amount appears 50 and the amount of reporting currency appears 50, in all fields it must have 2340.00 , How can i solve this problem?

I would appreciate that information.

For this purpose either your accounting and reporting currency be DOP or currency exchange rates to be 1.

Is the Accounting (Functional) currency of this company USD? It looks like the payment is in DOP, so there's no way you'll get all amounts equal unless you change the transaction amount to the functional currency of the company.

The national currency of the company is DOP.
